Yes. You can vertically scale your VM’s CPU, RAM, and NVMe storage at any time. CPU and RAM upgrades typically require a brief reboot; storage capacity can generally be expanded without downtime. Downgrades are also supported, subject to your current resource usage.

Yes. NVMe storage is priced and provisioned separately at ₹7.50 per GB per month. You can add storage capacity without changing your compute plan and pay only for what you use.

NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) is a modern storage protocol built specifically for flash storage, running over the PCIe bus instead of the legacy SATA interface. In practice this means significantly lower latency and much higher IOPS — typically several times faster than SATA SSDs on real-world workloads. NVMe is especially valuable for databases, high-traffic web apps, and any I/O-heavy workload.

Linux distros: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS, and Fedora.
Windows: Windows Server 2019, 2022, and later.
Control panels (Linux): cPanel, Plesk, Webuzo, and DirectAdmin. You can also run without a control panel for full command-line control.

Self-managed: You get full root/administrator access and are responsible for OS updates, patches, security hardening, and application configuration. We handle the underlying infrastructure — hypervisor, network, storage, and hardware.

Managed: We take care of OS patching, security updates, proactive monitoring, and routine server administration — leaving you free to focus on your application.

Our primary Indian data centers are Yotta NM1 (Tier IV) in Navi Mumbai and L&T Realty in Mumbai (Tier III), giving you low latency across India and strong compliance credentials. Global deployment options are also available for latency-sensitive workloads outside India.

Snapshot-based backups are available as an add-on during configuration. Snapshots provide fast, space-efficient point-in-time recovery and can be scheduled at intervals that suit your recovery-point objectives. Reach out to us to discuss retention policies and off-site backup options.

Billing is monthly and covers compute (vCPU + RAM based on your chosen plan) plus NVMe storage at ₹7.50 per GB per month. GST at 18% is charged in addition to the displayed prices. Longer-term commitments and volume discounts may be available — get in touch to discuss.
