eProMail has daily sending limits to ensure server stability and prevent spam. These limits include:
- Standard Mailbox: 10,000 recipients per day.
- Maximum Recipients Per Email: 500.
If you exceed these limits, you may experience temporary restrictions. For high-volume email needs, consider upgrading to a specialized email service. Please note that these are transactional email limits. Any kind of bulk mailing, spam or promotional emails will get blocked immediately on detection and mailbox disabled even if limits are not reached. Such activities may also result in your ISP network IPs being blocked.
6. How do I reset my eProMail password?
To reset your password:
