Server is back online. There was a fault in a motherboard component which has been replaced by the hardware team to bring the server back online. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are actively monitoring services.

Server is not going past initial hardware boot and there appears to be some hardware failure. The datacenter team is physically checking the server. In case of failure, we will attempt to move disks to new hardware. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and are co-ordinating with the relevant teams to restore service.

Server is not booting up normally, we are actively working on this issue along with the datacenter hardware team.

Linux server cPanel29 is presently offline and not responding to any services, we are investigating the same and working to restore services as soon as possible.

Please note that this is shared hosting server so the issue is affecting all customers on it - DNS services, websites and emails which use the server are presently affected.
