WIN31 Scheduled Datacenter Migration – 20th September 2025

We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled migration of the Windows Plesk WIN31 server (103.20.215.57, 103.20.215.58) hosting your services. This migration is part of ongoing improvements to enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, and security. Our upstream provider will be moving servers to a modern datacenter facility in Greater Noida, located just 11 km from the current site.

Migration Window:
📅 Date: Saturday, 20th September 2025
⏰ Time: 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (21st September 2025)
⚡ Expected Downtime: 6–7 hours

During this time, websites, email, databases, and related services on the server will be temporarily unavailable while the physical migration is carried out.

Important Notes:

- IP addresses will remain the same.
- No DNS changes will be required.
- We will be taking full server backups prior to the migration. However, as an additional precaution, we recommend that customers also keep their own latest backups of critical files and databases.

We expect the migration to be completed smoothly within the given window, after which all services will resume as normal.
