Our network engineers will be performing an IOS upgrade on the router to correct intermittent issues that may result in packet loss and latency. This maintenance is scheduled to start at 11:30 AM IST on Sunday, 5th December 2010.

During this maintenance, customers behind this router will notice a complete loss of connectivity to the server on public network. While the upgrade duration is scheduled for 1 hour, we only expect between 15-20 minutes of downtime as the router reloads and fully converges.
