WIN19 Plesk Upgrade

12.30PM: Plesk on Windows server WIN19 is being upgraded to version 9. Upgrade has just been started and the control panel will temporarily be unavailable.

12.45PM: The Plesk upgrade installation has temporarily disabled some services to complete the update and permission settings.

1.20PM: Update is still running and setting permissions.

1.50PM: Plesk upgrade completed.
