IMPORTANT: eProMail Service Price Increase

Dear Customer,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and patronage over these years. We are sending out this email to bring to your attention upcoming change in pricing for the eProMail service due to increments at associated upstream providers.

Due to significant increase in upstream costs at data centres, hardware vendors, platform licensing, USD appreciation and other global economic factors we had revised pricing of most services last year but pricing for epromail was kept unchanged as it has been for several years now. Pricing for the same is also being revised now as we are facing direct increase in costs related to the same.

eProMail Basic

Revised pricing for eProMail Basic will be as follows. We have retained the 2 month discount on yearly payments for the Basic plan as before.

• Monthly: ₹85 plus tax
• Yearly: ₹850 plus tax

eProMail Plus

Revised pricing for eProMail Plus will be as follows. 

• Monthly: ₹300 plus tax
• Yearly: ₹3600 plus tax

eProMail Enterprise

Revised pricing for eProMail Enterprise will be as follows. 

• Monthly: ₹550 plus tax
• Yearly: ₹6600 plus tax

True Archiving

Revised pricing for True Archiving will be as follows. 

• Monthly: ₹250 plus tax
• Yearly: ₹3000 plus tax

Revised pricing has already been applied on our website for new orders and will start becoming applicable from next invoices for existing services.
