Important: Hosting & License Price Changes

Due to significant increase in upstream costs at data centres, hardware vendors, cPanel, Plesk software licensing, Microsoft licensing, USD appreciation and other global economic factors we are revising pricing across services such as shared hosting, cloud instances, VPS and dedicated servers, effective immediately. We have absorbed most of these increases over the past years but are unfortunately forced to pass these down going forward due to reducing margins.

cPanel Pricing (Linux)

Pricing has been increased by cPanel across licence types and also per account (Rs. 30/m/account beyond 100 accounts). This has become annual increase in the past years and while we have adsorbed some increases in the past, it becomes difficult to do so on a continued basis as margins have reduced over time. Updated cPanel pricing will be applied going forward.

Plesk Pricing (Linux and Windows)

Pricing has been increased by Plesk for all variants. Plesk continues to have an unlimited account plan at this time without metering per account beyond a limit. Plesk has increased price a few times now but we have maintained old pricing up to this point for several years. Updated pricing will be passed on going forward.

Microsoft Pricing

Microsoft has announced a price increase of roughly 10% this year. A separate email was sent in this regard last month. Windows and SQL pricing changes will apply accordingly for servers where licenses have been applied.

Cloud Instances

We will be applying a 20 - 25% increase across the board on cloud plans. We will also provide an itemised licence/software breakup in future invoices. On older instances where costs have increased significantly, we will reach out to individual customers with updated pricing that will apply going forward. For all listed services, please expect to see an increase from your next invoice.

Shared / Reseller Hosting

A 20-25% increase will apply on shared and reseller hosting plans, both Windows and Linux. New rates will apply from next renewal and have been published on our website.

Dedicated Servers

On most new dedicated servers, only license fee changes will be passed on. We will also provide an itemised licence/software breakup in future invoices. On older servers where costs have increased significantly, we will reach out to individual customers with updated pricing that will apply going forward. For all listed services, please expect to see an increase from your next invoice.

Revised pricing has already been applied on our website for new orders and will start becoming applicable from next invoices for existing services.
