How to change name servers at GoDaddy
To Change Name Servers on GoDaddy, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to GoDaddy:
- Go to https://www.godaddy.com and log in to your account.
- Access your domain:
- From the top menu, click on “My Products”.
- Under “Domains”, find the domain you want to modify and click “DNS” next to it.
- Go to Name Server Settings:
- On the DNS Management page, scroll down to the “Nameservers” section.
- Click “Change”.
- Choose Setup Type:
- If it’s set to “Default”, choose “Custom”.
- Click “Enter my own nameservers (advanced)”.
- Enter the New Name Servers:
- Add your custom name servers (e.g.,
ns1.example.com
,ns2.example.com
). - You can usually enter 2-4 name servers.
- Click “Add Nameserver” if you need more fields.

- Click “Save”.

Note:
- DNS changes can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate globally.
