First, install htscanner from WHM > Module Installers > PHP Pecl > htscanner<\/p>\n

This will allow php_value and php_flag to work with php.<\/p>\n

Next for it to also work with Apache without the need to use ifmodule<\/p>\n

\t# cd \/usr\/src\/
\n\t# wget http:\/\/pecl.php.net\/get\/htscanner-1.0.1.tgz
\n\t# tar -zxf htscanner-1.0.1.tgz
\n\t# cd htscanner-1.0.1<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: Make sure apache has mod_so and then proceed remaining steps<\/p>\n

\t# \/usr\/local\/apache\/bin\/httpd -l | grep mod_so.c
\n\tmod_so.c<\/code><\/p>\n

Compile the module by<\/p>\n

\t\/usr\/local\/apache\/bin\/apxs -c -a -i mod_htscanner2.c<\/p>\n

Restart apache<\/p>\n

\t# \/usr\/local\/apache\/bin\/apachectl configtest
\n\t# \/usr\/local\/apache\/bin\/apachectl restart
\n\t# \/usr\/local\/cpanel\/bin\/apache_conf_distiller –update<\/p>\n

And a final check<\/p>\n

\t# grep mod_htscanner2.so \/usr\/local\/apache\/conf\/httpd.conf
\n\tLoadModule htscanner_module modules\/mod_htscanner2.so<\/code><\/p>\n
