I wish you all luck in becoming "the" "host" of choice in whatever is your target market.
Here`s why:
Three days ago, Nettigritty responded to an information request that I inadverantly sent to their support address within an hour - at about 2am in the night, I was astounded.
Today, I made a cash deposit at 12.00 at ICICI Bank, Koramangala, I sent Nettigritty a scan of the reciept at 12.30 and the funds were in my account at 12.35, I did not really expect this level of service for a business offering where the margin is less than a dollar.
Comparing this with a BIG? Indian service provider - Net4d****** I have used for a "few" of my requirements in the last three years of business, I say at this level of service, is actually looking like a dream.
Nettigritty, I look forward to the day where you will have a lion`s share in the market, I think, you might be better using a name like nettigrity as in integrity.
