Retrieving your password |
Hosting Controller will email you your password if you cannot remember it.
Note: When Hosting Controller sends you a password, it automatically wipes your old password and sends you a randomly generated password. Refer to Changing your password if you want to change your password to something more memorable.
To retrieve your password:
Enter the address of your Hosting Controller in your web browser. The address needs to be in the form of http://www.yourdomain/advadmin/.
Click on the Forgot Password link.
Enter your login username in the Login Id field.
Click on button. Your password will now be emailed to you.
